Welcome to Head Middle Magnet School. We're recognized as a top-performing school in Tennessee; in 2013 and 2014, we were designated a Tennessee Reward School. Our magnet focus is in Math and Science, yet we're a comprehensive learning community that prepares students with a foundation of knowledge, skills and character necessary to excel in higher education, work and life.
We achieve greatness by helping our students master the demands of a challenging curriculum while simultaneously creating a nurturing learning environment where inquiry, innovation and problem-solving are encouraged. Our students should expect plenty of homework and projects, along with tons of fun, laughter and memorable moments!
